Return Policy  If you're not satisfied with our product for any reason, return it within 14-days from the original purchase date on your invoice. All returned products must be in original selling condition, including original packaging, with the arrangements in the shipping bag before adding peanuts, or no refund will be granted. As soon as we receive the returned product, we'll refund you the total cost of the product less shipping and handling and restocking fees. Payments We use Paypal, one of the internets most trusted companies for online payments. Paypal processes all major credit cards or eCheck when you are done shopping. Shipping Shipping costs are based on a per item basis. To preserve the beauty of your arrangement each item in your order is shipped separately using UPS. Items in stock will be shipped within 2 business days, out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible with an email to purchaser as to delay and shipping date.  We will ship anywhere within the Continental US.  Items not in stock will be shipped as quick as possible. We cannot ship to a Post Office Box.
